Hi, Philipe. TextFlow is created using Python and we have no plans to
support other script languages yet. Maybe in future.
But, you don't need to learn Python to contribute with TextFlow. The easiest
way to contribute is creating snippets, see our documentation:

Most of my time I'm programming in Ruby, mainly web dev.

Can I contribute with some kind of ruby knowledge? Or must learn

Tabs can mean "abas" in portuguese or can mean "tabulação". For example,
"convert tabs to spaces" mean "converter tabulações (ou mesmo tabs, por
causa da tecla tab) em espaços".
Encode and decode are translated correctly.
