Australia's carriers were retired years ago. The Sydney in the 70's, and the Melbourne in the early 80's. Argentina's last carrier hasn't been to sea since the late 80's. She's in the middle of a overhaul that looks like will never end. The other carrier was retired in the 70's. Ukraine's carrier is incomplete. Unless someone else buys her, and pays to finish her, she will stay that way. Canada had one, the Bonaventure, that was retired in the late 60's.
