  Yep. Have to add the French in there. Also the Russkies and Argentina. &lt;br&gt; Does one of the other South American navies have a carrier? &lt;br&gt; India also comes to mind. &lt;br&gt; I would not be suprised if the current French carriers were pretty &lt;br&gt; capable. They have a pretty solid history of naval aviation since WW2.
