Will Veraphol Sohaprom reign for very long? I know he has good power he

If you have such limited boxing knowledge, do you really think you
should be "instructing" others on how to box? I am a personal fitness trainer, and I have been an amateur boxer since 1989. It is hard for me to teach individuals how to correctly throw punches, let alone someone who has no knowledge of boxing. Keep in mind that the people you are planning on teaching have even less knowledge than you. Combine that lack of knowledge with too much enthusiasm and you can have an injury on your hands in no time. Please take your time in learning the fundamentals of boxing and in applying them to your fitness instructing. Take the advice of another poster and head to a local boxing gym. Try it out. That is where you will learn the most. Do this, not only for you and your liability insurance provider, but for the safety of your clients. Good luck. É necessário Acessar antes de postar mensagens.
