At the last one he held up a picture of Virgil Hill and tore it
to shreds.

If he can get back down to 175 he might have a chance to win if

Foster is very much alive(!) and in great shape. Check out the list of
light heavy champs on my web page for a recent picture of Foster at the
Hall of Fame. By the way, Dave Iamale, myself, and Livingston Bramble wre
sitting chatting with none other than Hank Kaplan after the Hall of Fame
inductions. Dave an I were smoking some of my cigars, Hanmk his pipe.
Foster came in, complimented Bramble on his defense, then turned to Dave
and I and said "Put that shit out or I'll kick your ass!" Then he smiled.
Was he kidding? I think so but I "finished" my cigar anyway!

The purpose of this message is to introduce you to THE BOXING RING.
This is a totally free service for web pages, provided in part by THE

Of all the reasons to not cast a certain actor, height has to be one of the
LEAST important, since it is so easy to remedy on film. Alan Ladd, Sylvester
Stallone, and many others are quite short, but you couldn't tell in their
movies.
As for Washington, I just think that always considering him for every
starring black male role (Not you, specifically, but Hollywood) shows little
imagination. Spike Lee wants him to play Jackie Robinson in Lee's movie, and
I don't see it. Again, too old. But that's another newsgroup.
