With Al Kooper doing the singing, they were still good! However, with the horn section, I felt David Clayton-Thomas was a decent replacement; a powerful singer. Felt Bobby Colomby was a decent drummer. Bought this gatefold LP when the song was a hit. Was nice to find "long" versions, rather than the typical radio edits.
