I would ask God what Dylan has asked.
That would use up my question but who knows, maybe the answer would be
worth having anyway.
As for what Dylan would ask God: "Why did you create Clinton Heylin
and Michael Gray? Isn't the suffering down here enough?"

I'm curious about the line: 'The place I love best is a sweet memory.
It's a new path that we trod ... ' from Workingman's Blues.
This line puzzles me because of the tenses employed. The love
described is present tense. And it refers to the loved place as a

Right at the end of the video as Bob stands next to that other
ancient mythical creature, the one in the red, fur-lined hat.
St. Nick and Old Nick ... still both in decent nick. Myths intact.
Glasses thrown, ring dances danced. Horns blown.

This is used when you're talking about the concept of 'going to
university' (I hope to go to university when I'm older), rather than a
specific one ('I'm going back to the university after lunch')

as you wrote-it is a personal matter-how Bob Dylan defines his faith-
sounds like "process theology"- but the speculation & obsession of
some about another's beliefs-is a curiousity I think troublesome,and
"devout" itself,disrespectful to Dylan to persist in the desire to
know .
but we don't need to know & really shouldn't ask of Mr. Dylan.
