If I never see a Bruce show again, I'm happy! Saturday night was it! Going tonight again! River should be a fun show but nothing like last night!

Nope, Sunday was nothing like Saturday. It was far better!
Saturday was really a very very good show, and the album segment was fantastic. But The River show was, to me and almost everyone I have talked to, the better show. It really was an unbelievable performance. The band was just tight as can be. The rockers were just off the charts in energy and intensity. And the ballads had an intensity far surpassing anything I would have expected. Stolen Car was the particular highlight to me. And the Atlantic CIty>Badlands>BtR>7 Nights was an incredible way to end the amin set and about 3 songs more than I expected. The Elvis cover was a spontaneous moment that was really touching. We gave up going to Nashville to be able to make both of these shows. I am happy with the decision.

ONe more, ok, 2 more things. I am not giving Saturday enough credit. If I had written about Saturday before Sundays show I would have said it was easily the best show I have seen this tour and the album portion, particularly the last 3 songs, was one of the best things I have ever seen him do. The Incident >ROsie transition was simply jaw dropping to see. And the strings were an amazing touch. But I think the Sunday show is one of the most amazing performances I have ever seen. It was also cool to be irght next to his kids in the pit for about half the show. Sam and Jessica and friends, were in the back right of the pit for a good part of the show.
Sunday also have, easil and by far, the best sound I have heard at a Bruce show in as long as I can remember, probably since the Reunion tour. The sound was crystal clear. I was shocked.
A GEM??? EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE WORLD HAS SAID THAT THE RIVER SHOW WAS VERY VERY BAD. I'M SOOOOO HAPPY I COULDNT GET TICKETS. I WAS SO HAPPY. REALLY IM A HAPPY PERSON I JUST HATE UNCONTROLABLY SOMETIMES BUT I HATE HATE HATE EVER SINGLE THING I USED TO LIKE. WHEN WILL IT ALL END?
