PECL#10989 - don't automatically make all types in the wsdl nillable (mfp has fixed)
PECL#10994 - Business Exceptions Data Returned to Client (Mike C supplied a fix, mfp has applied)
PECL#11004 - WSDL Generated Does Not Validate (fixed 13/6/07)
PECL#11012 - Visual Studio Consumption of SCA Generated WSDL (fixed 13/6/07)
eBay binding inclusion. (gcc to enable) - DONE (Docs and unit tests completed).
Tactical version of the in memory caching enabled for eBay binding. DONE
Removal of RSS prototype binding from release. (gcc already disabled in MakePackage, should also be removed from HEAD
Remember to note that we picked up release level 546761 of Tuscany

I've added bullets for eBay caching to improve performance and to add the eBay binding to the release (we shouldn't put the binding into the release without the caching). I've also added a note to remove RSS from the release. Graham.
