En  la tria paĝo de la 127-paĝa dokumento kun gramatika priskribo pri
la proponata lingvo, oni rekonas la valoron de Esperanto:

"Esperanto is the most significant constructed language which has been
produced to date. In over a century however, it has failed to acquire
the critical mass necessary to make it an instrument of real practical
value. Experience with Esperanto has proved however, that an
artificial language can effectively overcome the problems of
communication between different language groups."
