We’ve recently started auto-updating everyone to Google Calendar Sync
0.9.3.3. If your version hasn’t already been updated, feel free to do

This version should fix the problem of folks seeing a “%d” error
message as well as some cases of Microsoft Outlook crashing during
sync.

Please be assured that we’re still hard at work fixing other issues
and prioritizing your feature requests for later versions of Google
Calendar Sync.
