Hi Members.
This message goes out to all members.
if you promote another group like this one, or promote any commercial website for your own gain without autorization, you will be removed from the list and all the messages that you wrote will be deleted.
No promotion of other groups, offering private lessons for financial gain, no mining the list for email addresses, no promotion of dating, blogs or sex sites. I´m sorry but we have to do that for safe, there is several spammers on the internet.
Report any offenses immediately. If you start to receive unwanted invitations from someone report the email address immediately and send a copy of the invite to the owners address on the homepage of this group.
You can post links in to useful websites, language schools, interactive learning sites, cool sites, a link to a book, a news story, basically something normal that has to do with someones question.
You cannot post something totally off topic like dateme.com,relationship invites or another group that will hurt the prosperity of our group.
Avoid Uncomfortable conversations about religion and political, this group isnt the right place to discuss your religious beliefs or your thoughts about others religious belieft. Religion is a very personal issue and people are very sensitive about it. They don´t want to hear that you disagree (or not) with theirs religious or that you believe your religion is the one in which everyone should believe. In the same way politics is another sensitive issue. While you may feel very strongly or have negative views about that there is others email group to give your opnion.
Furthermore, You should treat all members with respect. Joking around is fine, but if someone doesn't like it you should apologize. Write in UPPER CASE is considerate a offense because looks with you are shouting.
Please act like an adult if you are one, but if you are not an adult your actions will be taken into consideration.
I hope count on you.

When you reply to an email to any group, specifically our groups. There are some things that you should do, and you should promote the same etiquette among members.
When replying you should update the subject line. Updating the subject line means two things.
Frist: Removing the RE: Dear member, and typing into the subject line what it is that you are corresponding about.
Second: Another important thing we need to do is cut off all the unnecessary junk off the ends of the replies. For example all the unnecessary links and all the attached letter that end up forming a chain at the end of your new correspondence.
The only previous information that should be contained at the end of your reply should be relevant information.
Basically Don't be lazy and just hit reply. Instead clean up and update your messages.
