I guess that in all companys is possible to take a nap, you can do it in your "lunch time", or not? If you have a hour to have lunch, so, have lunch in 30 minutes and take a nap in 20 minutes, you will have 10 minutes yet to read your e-mails..hehehe..
But I can't take a nap, if I close my eyes I will wake up only in the next day.. :)

I guess not everybody is allow to take a nap during their lunchtime or
during the work time, because sometimes, bosses can have a bad impression of
the employee (I think it doesn't make sense, since the employees have rules
to follow). It could cause a impression that these employees are lazy or
something like this.
Besides that, I agree firmly that take a nap is really helpful to increase
our productivity. If I had a company, I would allow people to take a nap
after lunch.
By the way, in my last job, there is a green area where we used to relax
after we have lunch... Some used to take a nap. I think it was great!!

In fact take a nap is not part of some companies´ culture, so make no sence have a place for that. Many companies has not any place to relax after lunch time, so after having lunch you have two choice, spend a time doing something else or go back to front your computer.
