I think that a boss must admit his mistakes.

Good view point Adriana,
be a boss involve make decisions and of course decisions can be wrong,
then admit mistakes is a good quality.

In my opnion a good boss know to work without make pression under his
employees. Nowadays, projects become each time more short to finish and
if you do your best work under pression will not work.

Hi,

A good boss should have a good relationship with his employees, he should
not say to them every moment that you should do this you should do that, he
should specify the whole duty and the time arrangement for fulfilling the
tasks, but does not take part in very small decisions and he/she should put
them on his/her employees in order to make them think and decide.

Some itens for a bad boss include:

   - Always be right
   - Take all credit
   - Criticise - constantly

Those are the worst characteristic on a bad boss in my view point,
because this kind of attitude make employers very bored. Aren´t make ?

On good qualities is highlighted:

   - Motivate
   - Communicate
   - Be honest and truthful

In my view point those are the best qualities on a  good boss, because
is difficult (for some people) to develop theses skills.

What do you think about ? For you what´s the best and bad qualities on a
