When you have your own domain at Google APPs and you try to send a newmessage, you now is able to search a contact that can see ALL USERSfrom your own domain. That is a great feature, specially for community, businessand social sites.�

Besides you can do this with e-mail contacts, the same is not possiblewith Google Talk - where you can see only contacts you have previouslyadded. And you can not search " inside your own domain", looking fornew people belonging to your own domain.This would be a great feature, speccialy for business and communitysites.�

As a suggestion, the same existing feature existing for e-mail search can be also used for gtalk (exactly the same). Of course, at APPs Admin Pannel - this feature would (or not) be enabled -since in some cases the domains are used for other purposes thancommunity or business relationships inside the company.�
