I have Windows XP, Norton Ghost, and a PC computer that has a 160 gig
Hitachi IDE hard drive.

I am considering purchasing a new computer that accomodates only SATA
drives.

What is the recommended method for transferring contents of the IDE
drive to the new SATA drive.?

Both new & old computer have USB ports.
