You've got two choices.
You can put a cheap PCI sata card in the
old PC and clone the drives that way.
You can put the IDE drive in one of the IDE/USB converters
and clone it to the sata drive in the new system. This
last isnt necessarily that easy to do if you dont have
a bootable CD/DVD drive in the new system.
