If power supply is included it must be 500w and compatible with Intel®Core™2 Duo Intel® D975XBX (support Intel's fan feadback system for noise reduction).
I am put off by easily broken plastic front panels. Who makes cases with a METAL front panel that include access to commonly desirable services: USB, Firewire, Flash Drives, etc.
My objective is durability, not fancy mods. This is intended for for use by family as part of a DVR replacement.

I've never broken a single one. You should stop kicking your case.

Hardly anyone at all. Mad to be limiting yourself so drastically.

Make them take off their shoes, that should help with the damage they cause when kicking the case.

Might need a bit of Dremel work, depending on whether you've got a lot of high power stuff in the case. I think the front is metal, but it is hard to tell from just the one picture.
