I succesfully added my multiple  event calendar  onto my site:http://vacationrentalrome.com/EVENT_CALENDAR.html

but I also would like visitors to be able to choose betwwen different categories to display, like sport events only, or art and music, or none of them, just like I do in my google calendar when I access it from gmail.

can you help me with this?

On your web page showing your Google calendar, at the top, right next to the agenda tab is a little down arrow for a drop-down menu where you can toggle off and on the sub-calendars (like your sports or music or your third category. Viewers can toggle them in whatever combination they want as they view your calendar.)

What your asking for is for "labels" like in Gmail..... I'm sure the smart people down at Google could add this? right?
